MOTHER-DAUGHTER TEA When lirst l rise each early morn my mother do l see. Ready and willing to lend a hand, how thankful l should bel She always has a cheerful word to start the day out right. A little smile, a tender kiss to keep my spirit bright. When school is out and home l rush, toward the end of clay, My mother's standing at the door welcoming words to say. Her hands are always busy-- she hardly ever rests. Cooking, sewing, washing, ironing, l know my mom is best! Perhaps there's one day in the year-- other than Mother's Day-- Which l can take to show my love in a very special way. One day at least must still be left-- all taken cannot be. Why yes, there's one left! What about the Mother-Daughter Tea? --Tamy Bu sk Various acts include Erna and Kay Lutz pantomining as scarecrows to the tune of Alley-Cat .
