Senior class officers are, left to right: Vice President, Don Berg, Secretary, Geri Miller, Treasurer, Judy Frank, President, Ron Schultz. CSV 4 gy ln aggregate of personality and individuality, no other class exceeds the Class of '63. A preponderance of individualists in this class has led to a curiosity and enthusiasm that many teachers have found a delight in the classroom. And there has been no lack of originality and creativity in the class. As fresh- men, they conceived the idea of developing Hadsall's Forest into a landscaping proiect that will some- day be a credit to Willamette. Moneymaking proiects for completing the landscaping have included selling lightbulbs, as sophomores, and selling sweatshirts, as juniors. Naturally, such an excess of tempeament has created some problems. That effervescent sense of humor sometimes bubbles up at the wrong time. Rugged individuals have sometimes clashed in arguments in the classroom arguments that have sometimes come near to blows in american problems class. Artistic temperaments clashed when they were decorating for the Junior Prom. And those big ideas have not always been followed through: Hadsall's Forest is yet to be completed, some of those sweatshirts have not been sold yet, and the great lightbulb fiasco is talked about still. But nevertheless, the creative spirit is there, and it is that spirit that gives the class of '63 a personality all its own. Clinton Hoard I6
