September Sam Spears Cheryl Stroud Sam Spears was Sophomore Class President and Student Council Vice President his junior year. Ibis year Sam was Student Council and French Club President. He has been active in soccer for ten years. Cheryl Stroud has been a Varsity Football and Basketball Cheerleader all three years at Rogers She was the Senior Class Treasurer. She was also first attendant to Miss Will Rogers. October Phi Tran Jody Lucas Phi Tran was Sophomore Class Vice President and treasurer for the Student Council. He is active in the French Club and Tennis. Jody Lucas was a varsity football and basketball cheerleader. She was the French Club social chairman and the senior class secretary. She was also a senior class student representative.

On September 30, 1983. Greta Feas- ter was crowned Band Queen and escorted b Darrel Judkins. Greta played the Alto Sax in Marching Band. Wind Ensemble, and Jazz Band. She was secretary for NHS and a member of the Spanish Club. When asked how she felt about being Queen, she replied. 1 feel very hon- ored to have been elected and w ill up- hold the lasting traditions of the Roper Spirit Marching Band.
