Money Making Mrs. Bolton sells Angela Pfitzer a candy bar. Junior money making efforts. The Ugly Beard contestants. And the loser is. License plates, spirit decals, decorative popcorn cannisters, a spookhouse, car bash, candles, trash cans, stuffed animals, phone directories, the famous spirit chain, the Ugly Beard Contest between Mr. Hale and Mr. Dickson, movies and dances, and guessing games were all a part of the money making effort of the Rogers student body and faculty this year.

OUTSIDE JOBS Many Ropers this year found themselves working part-time during the school year. Jobs varied from cashiers to service station attendants. Ropers were exposed to many different and interesting people while at their jobs. In many cases Ropers worked with students from rival schools such as Edison, East Central and even Hale.
