Wednesday For lV0rrie.r and Weary lfVorker.s Two days are gone-three more are leftl Wednesday makes the half-way mark of the weary week. By now school is in full swing again in both studies and activities. Smashl-- today is lab day and there goes the break- age bill mounting up. Some of you fellow students may laugh at this but all you fellow science sufferers can no doubt remember the time. Wednesday is a good day for make-up and meetings. lt's make-up day for physics, Latin, or French students. In one corner of the school there may be a science club gather- ing, a senior counselIor's get-to-gether, or a quotation squad meeting. Then again there might be a joint session of the Activity Board and Student Council with the Usher Squad, Committees may be at work planning Friday's play, prom, or chapel program, Wednesday's chapel program is usually short-devotional services, announcements, advertising for the HI-WAYS, and the result of Tuesday's basket- ball game. Once in a while there comes a sur- prise though, remember E. Stanley Jones, the missionary from India?
