tlecbcafion To Coach Piggotte Down through the many ages Great men have come and gone, And with these men of fame There comes another one. You know of whom I speak: Everyone must know, He is a man we all respect, None other than Coach Joe. We, the class of fifty-four, Do proudly dedicate This yearbook called The Wildcat's Lair To him whom we appreciate. Football! basketball! Baseball and all- He's made us champs every year: Look at our trophies in the hall. He's given us much good adviceg He's helped us when in need. Conquer first yourself, he said- A good motto indeed. This world is quite a big old place, But wherever you may go, Remember that you'll not find one Quite like our own Coach Joe.

This book is one of the few material things that will link you with your high school. Keep it, cherish it, look at it often. Use it as a means of keeping in touch with your youth As you look through it, remember the good tirnes, the fine experiences, the wonderful people. Recall your hopes, de- sires and ambitions. You will soon be taking up the burdens of adulthood, but try to keep an open mind and a willing heart in each life endeavor.
