Spirit Manager, Sandi Coupens Rally Council is composed of five elected members from each class, cheerleaders and pom pom girls ore also active members. Sandi Coupens leads the group with the help of Mrs. Heisinger. Sandi, holding the title of Spirit Manager is, a senior and in past years has contributed much to the spirit of Wilcox High School. Rally Council has many jobs, one of which is making and putting up attractive posters to arouse spirit. According to Mrs. Heisinger Rally Council has done a fine iob this school year, and has left a deep imprint in the minds of all Warriors.
