re rrows' memories Q l l I The Rovers, singing up a storm for the enioyment of the audience, seems to be enioying their work while performing their various numbers in the Wilcox gym ata morning assembly. Mr. Paris leads the choir at the dedication of the Saint Claire statue and the Santa Clara Civic center park. 151 The Rovers, a folk-singing group, were heard by the student body in October, 1965. They were composed of six musicians. Mr. Bergna commented that it was an excellent program and that he hoped it could be done again. Another program, the Dedication of the Santa Clara Civic Center.Park, was attended by the Wilcox A Cappella Choir. They sang two numbers which were heard by state and local officials. The school received a letter of thanks for the performance from Lieutenant Governor Glenn Anderson. The well known folk-singing group, The Rovers perform at the first morning musical assembly for the Wilcox student body in the gym. l.

The Boys' Glee demonstrate their mastery of sound while performing a variety of songs at the Christmas Concert. The Christmas Concert was presented to the Student Body on December 17, 1965. The night before, the public had a chance to hear the program which was highlighted by a lighted processional. On these pages the Boys' Glee and the Choir can be seen singing one of their respective numbers. today's music mak Mr. Paris, at the dedication of the park, indicates to one section of the choir to tone their sound down during the performance. The lights go down and the choir stands up. As the lights come up, the choir, led by Mr. Paris, breaks into one of the many numbers sung during the Christmas Concert given to the students at the assembly.
