6 0 that Elisa Jamcle is modeling Putting The 'Tun Back In Fundraiser” Fund raisers are one of the most im- portant elements for a successful senior class. The profits made from such fund raisers are what makes a class able to pay for activities such as proms, ring ceremo- nies, etc. This year, the senior class sponsored six fund raisers. Although not every one brought a great profit, overall they were fun. The first one of the year was the most successful. The seniors sold assort- ed candy and chocolates. Almost every- one put time and effort into this fund raiser and the result was a substantial increase in the senior class treasury. One of the most noteworthy fund rais- ers was the Wilby sweatshirts Logo Con- test and Sale. It started out with a lot of enthusiasm, as students throughout the school entered logos into a contest. Erik West's design was chosen as the best. Unfortunately, the sweatshirts didn't sell as well as anticipated, but it was a very good idea anyway, right The class also sponsored two car washes that were both successful and a lot of fun, candy bar sales (not sold in school, though, Mr. Leonardi), glass mug sales, and ceramic mugs for seniors. Senior class members who put in extra time and effort with fund raisers included James Stack. Angel LeVasseur. Patty Lopez, and Gertie A fable. SUZANNE ERB Sue. Sukie. Lisa Give me a break! .
