Our Principal Domenic V. Coviello Mr. Coviello was educated locally and later matriculated at the University of Connecticut where he received the Bachelor of Science Degree. Continuing his education at the University of Hartford, he earned his Master of Education and Sixth Year Certificate. Mr. Coviello was a Guidance Counselor until June 1969. In Sept- ember, 1969, Mr. Coviello was appointed a Vice Principal. It seemed he was well on his way to the goal he had set for himself; and in Sept- ember, 1972, he was appointed Principal. He is known throughout the corridors. He sees many of the students every day. Many of the students look up to him as he passes them by in the corridors. They know he is there to help them whenever it is needed. He, therefore, hopes that this helping hand will enable the students graduating this year of '77 to remember that he tries to motivate the student in the right direction. For him it has been a joy and sometimes not so much a joy, but the outcome for the student's welfare is always there. Mr. Coviello hopes that the Class of '77 will find the community, state, and nation without difficulty by the knowledge each one has en- deavored here at Wilby. n
