MR. JOSEPH MEMBRINO Principal Mr. Membrino has devoted the past forty-three years of his life to the education of the high school students of Waterbury. His dedication and unselfish sacrifices have been responsible for many improvements which have developed in our school system. After receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Boston University and Master’s Degree at Yale, he began his active role in education. Being an alumnus of Wilby, he felt that this would be the ideal place to begin his lifetime ambition. We, the Class of 1969 wish to thank Mr. Membrino for all he has done to guide us in our edu- cational pursuits and wish him success in the future. 4
