CYR Hoppy” February 7, 1935 McFalls High, McFalls, Maine Activities: Key Club, Distributive Education Club, Glee Club. Special thanks go to McFalls High for giving us Hoppy.” He has filled the halls of Wilby with his singing and the music of his guitar. Richard’s hope is to become the manager of a grocery store. Good luck, Hoppy!” COSMOS D. DADDONA Butch’’ December 9, 1935 Leavenworth High School Butch,” although quiet, has gained many friends here at Wilby. Butch’s” main ambition is to be a bookkeeper. We wish you luck and know you will succeed, Butch.” HENRY LOUIS DAIGNEAULT Hank November 5, 1935 Humiston Hank” is a quiet, friendly boy whose favorite pastimes are hunting and fishing. He would like to study law and become a lawyer. Good luck to you and may you win all your cases! ROGER D. DELAGE Rog” August 3, 1935 St. Ann’s Happy-go-lucky is the best definition of Rog. His main interest, like most boys, is sports. Rog hopes to become a successful business man, and all of us here at Wilby wish him lots of luck. 18

Shorty” may be small but you can be sure to find her when you need a helping hand. She is well-liked by all who know her and is always ready with an encouraging word. She is fond of reading, and enjoys keeping a scrapbook. Shorty plans to become a secretary after graduation. ANITA HOPE CODIANNE Cody” February 2, 1935 Hopeville Activities: Italian Club for two years, Class Book Committee. Cody is a tall girl with a pleasing manner and ready smile. She enjoys swimming and basketball, and loves to cut out pictures of baseball stars for her scrapbook. We all wish her success in her chosen field—secretarial work. ROBERT PHILIP COLANGELO Bob” January 1, 1936 Webster Activities: Italian Club. Bob,” although one of the quieter boys at Wilby, is well liked by all. He is an ardent Red Sox fan. We wish him success in whatever field he may enter. ROGER MICHAEL COLANGELO Curley” February 20, 1934 B. W. Tinker Activities: Italian Club for two years. Curley” has made his presence known at Wilby by his agreeable per- sonality and good humor. He has probably made you laugh at his funny car- toons. Roger wishes to go into business after graduation. MAFALDA ANN COLELLA Muffy January 14, 1936 Webster Activities: Dance Club, Secretarial Club, Distributive Education Club. A typical Wilbyite, Muffy wishes to become a secretary. The Senator is a friendly, ambitious boy who likes to collect bow ties. As his nickname suggests, he wants to go into the field of politics. Lots of luck to you. Maybe some day you'll be President! MARY ANN Df. MICHELE Mare” June 7, 1935 Chase Activities: Italian, Dance, and Secretarial Clubs. Mare, one of Wilby's cutest girls, has a very friendly disposition, which has made her many friends here. Her main interests are collecting photographs of movie stars, dancing, and listening to popular music. Mare’s” ambition in life is to be a secretary, and we know she will be an asset in any office. LULU F. DEM1RS Lu July 18, 1934 Manchester Central High School Activities: Secretarial Club. ”Lu’s” quiet manner and friendly smile have made her a well-liked girl at Wilby. She enjoys listening to popular music, dancing, and all sports. Lu’s” goal after graduation is to become a secretary. May you find the dictation easy and the pay good. CAMILLE ANN De NUNCIO Carm” August 21, 1935 Walsh Activities: Italian, Chemistry, and Secretarial Clubs. Carm,” a fun-loving girl, who possesses a marvelous personality, has been a definite asset to Wilby during her four years here. Her many interests include dancing, swimming, tennis, skiing, skating, and baseball. Carm’s” ambition is to be a dental hygienist. Lots of luck to a swell girl! DOROTHY A. De PALMA Dot November-17, 1935 Webster Activities: Room Leader Sophomore Year, Second and Third Year Spanish Club, Typing Editor of La Voz,” Class Book Committee, Secretary at Continuation School, Secretarial Club. Friendly, attractive, and efficient—these best describe Dot,” who is pop- ular with all her classmates. Her main interests are dancing, music, and sports. Dot plans to become a private secretary and because of her excellent scholastic record, we are sure she will be a success in this field. 19
