LOUIS EDWARD DUROCHER Leo Sprague August 8, 1934 Activities: Football Team, Baseball Team. Although he doesn't say much, Leo's presence has brightened the halls of Wilby. Ice-skating, roller-skating, collecting photographs of famous musicians, take up many of his spare hours. Leo's ambition is to become an accordian teacher. The best of everything to you, Leo. ANTHONY JOHN EMANUEL Tony November 23, 19.34 Mary Abbott Activities: President Key Club, Spanish Club, Projectionists Club. Tony is quite a pleasant chap, who always has a ready smile. He enjoys dancing, swimming, and playing the accordian and the piano. His one ambition is to be a salesman and we are sure that he will succeed. MARGARET ROSE FARRELL December 12, 1934 Saint Mary’s, Yonkers, New York Margaret, a pretty quiet senior, enjoys mostly major league baseball. Her favorite team being the Yankees, of course. She likes to swim and read stories of early American History. Her ambition is to become a receptionist. We all wish you the best of luck. DOLORES MARIE FERRARO Chippy” July 21, 1933 Washington Activities: Spanish Club, Chemistry Club, Program Chairman Latin Club. Dolores, better known to her friends as Chippy, is an active member in many of our school clubs. Her interests range from dancing to knitting. She plans to be a doctor’s receptionist, when she leaves Wilby. Good luck, Chippy. DOLOES LEANORA FIGUERADO Dee May 6, 1935 Prospect Activities: Balance Sheet, La Voz, Spanish Club, Balance Sheet Representa- tive. Coming to us from Prospect Community School, Dee has made many friends while in Wilby. Besides being active on the Balance Sheet, she enjoys soap carving. Dee is undecided as to exactly what her future will be, but we're sure that her genial manner will assure her success. 24

Millie,” another of Wilby’s quiet seniors, always has a friendly smile for her classmates. Interested in all sports, she especially likes ice-skating and tennis. JOSEPH Di SALVO Dreamer” Novmber 25, 1933 St. Marys Maybe Joseph's smile will flash at us from a Pepsodent adv. someday. You can find him in the center of any active conversation. Dreamer especially likes to study cars, as might be expected from that big Buick he drives around. He wants a career with the Navy, and with his pleasing personality we are sure he will attain success. GLORIA JEAN DRINKWATER Gogo” November 14,1934 Slocum Activities: Secretarial Club. Gogo’s” main ambition is to become a teletype operator. Reading, music, and collecting pictures rate high as her pastimes. Her gay spirits have made her many friends during her four years at Wilby. PAUL JOHN DUBAUSKAS Dubbs September 4, 1934 Barnard Activities: Roomleader for Freshman and Sophomore years. Chemistry Club, Key Club, Accounting Club, Assistant Ways and Means Committee Member. Barnard School is well represented by the presence of Dubbs,” a quiet, studious, and likeable fellow.
