 George Washington oncesaid In Proportion as the structure of government gives force to public opinion, it is essential that public opinion shbuld be enlightened.” The main objective of this school is to enlighten the students and the public in such a way that our people will not fear and discourage trained intelligence at a very time wllfen all over the world the premium upon trained intelligence is constantly becoming higher and higher. We appreciate the splendid way in which the people of our school district cooperate with the administration, school board, student body, and entire personnel in attaining the above objective. We hope each year finds us a little closer attaining this goal. We hope that each student that has attended this school for any length of time can look over this yearbook and recall fond and pleasant mem- ories of a happy and successful adventure. May I close with the following lines (author unknown) which I offer to you as my main message: One step won't take you very far You've got to keep on walking One word won't tell folks who you are You've got to keep on talking One inch won't make you very tall You've got to keep on growing One deed won't do it all You've got to keep on going.
