But it is the man- ner with which they handle these prob- lems that makes them uncommon people. They are able to maintain good discipline and smooth relations with the students and faculty. It is extremely important to a school to have leadership that works to magnify its good qualities, while not forgetting its problems and needs. Mills is fortunate to have leaders that do just that. Calming down the hassle of the office, and preventing it, keeps Mrs. Reynolds and Mrs. Houser busy each school day of the year. With Mrs. Reynolds taking care of the secretarial duties, and Mrs. Houser the financial affairs, they organize the office staff and keep all running smoothly. in '3 fl!
