DISC CLUB The DISC Club is a Forum supported club, started in 1957. Mrs . Belle Lapsley is the sponsor. This club consists of students chosen on the basis of their Dependability, Initiative, Service, and Character. The main event in the DISC Club's year is the in- duction of new members in the spring. SCHOLARSHIP CLUB Wickliffe is part of the WMPW Scholarship Club consisting of Willoughby, Men- tor, Painesville , and Wickliffe . Every year a banquet is held by the four schools hon- oring those that merit the club requirements . Requirements for membership in the club are: to possess desirable citizenship traits, and to attain 3.5 grade average. Ten per cent of the boys and ten per cent of the girls are admitted to the club. NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY The Wickliffe Chapter of the National Honor Society held its annual assembly on Friday, February 27, 959. The members which were tapped were chosen according to certain standards. To be a member each student must ave a 2.75 average and possess the qualities of Service, Scholarship, Leadership, and Character. Teachers raite students who are eligible for membership and those with highest point values are c osen. 45
