Spirit d stud nts dress up The halls were filled by enthusiastic spirited students who insisted on not letting the limited number of dress up days get them down. The year started off with various shapes and patterns of ties as students raided dad's closet on Tie Day. Then followed Stripe Day and Red and Black Day. The students went back in time on 26 A Slice of Life Fifties Day in their own creations. On Sweat Day, many students wore sweat- shirts and on Overall Day, many wore overalls. Students seemed to enjoy button day because everyone had many inter- esting buttons for others to read. I think dressing up shows you've got school spirit, Michelle Foley, jun- ior, said.
