Seldom are found exemplified in one man all of the finer virtues. Yet in Mr. A. K. Presson these attributes were so happily blended that one was conscious not so much of the qualities themselves as of the harm personality of this beloved man. onious Layolty--to his friends, his school, and his country. Courtesy-Exquisite regard for the problems, however small, of' teachers andrstudzarrts' alike. Sportsmanship-a high sense of faimess in dealing with all types of people, and a true love of all forms of sports. Scholarship-a deep appreciation of all cultural attainments, his own record one of the highest ever made in his university. Friendliness-a cheerful alert interest in every living being, and a consistent buoyancy of spirit that was irresistibly infectious. It is not the wish of the staff nor w uld ' b , o it e his, that this page mar the cheerfulness of this book' it is fitting rather that the 1944 COYOTE be dedicated to a person wh , V ose spirit of happiness and friendly helpfulness be fondly remembered by students and faculty long after this book has been forgotten.
