The Beautiful Must Be Sampled For Appreciation The development of the aesthetic values of the individual are the primary concern of the fine arts department at Wichita County Community High School. The music department, under the direction of Mr. Wilken and Mr. Gale, strive to develop Within the student an appreciation of good music. The art department, under the direction of Miss Bodenhamer, seeks to create an interest in painting and the crafts. Mr. Holmes discusses general science with his students. Microcosm And Macrocosm Interests Students The natural science program includes general science, biology, physics and chemistry. The principles upon which all physical and mechanical processes of the universe are based come under careful scrutiny in the science lab and classroom.
