Like a slap oT cold waTer, we realized ThaT The yearbook was sTill in our minds, noT on paper. TighTening our belTs, we seTTled down Tor a long siege. ElecTions came TirsT. EdiTor was chosen, and The sTaTF spIiT up inTo Tive diTferenT secTions. The opening secTion was worked ouT by The ediTor and valuable Jackie Jenkins. Joyce Lusk and RoberTa Orr shared honors as senior class secTion ediTors as did Rosanna SmiTh and Beverly Saunders on The undergraduaTe secTion. The clever and original ideas displayed in The campus secTion were The children of BeTTe Schoff and her hard working campus Tour: Barbara Fry, Joann Singles, Diane Criswell, and CaTharine Weskirchen. Boys' sporTs secTion presenTed a high wall oT diThculTies, buT greenhorn Frank The ArTisT Ray, Ralph Nieblas, and Maxine Funk mounTed iT wiTh ease. Jolly Julie GilberT and Joyce Phegley combined To produce a well planned girls' sporTs secTion. Our gay nighT liTe and acTiviTies were worked on by Marilyn WiTTersheim and Sue Dawson. Molly Madden, BeTTy Osborne, Joan Archer, and PaT McNeilly all cooperaTed To puT TorTh a new and original ad secTion. Making us especially proud were our Three sTudenT phoTographers, Josh Wilson, Bill Harrison, and Jim Kemp, who spenT hours oT Their spare Time in The dark room.
