DEDICATION Mrs. Clara Rozelle, a veteran teacher at W.P.C.S., resigned her position as a teacher in the fifth grade November 6, 1959. Mrs. Rozelle taught at Whitney Point from 1935 to the time of her resignation. Her first job was in Putnam County in 1913, with a salary of $396 a year. She graduated from New Paltz Normal and has taught 43 years and 7 months since then. Mrs. Rozelle ' s key to success has been, Love your children enough to make them mind. Mrs. Rozelle now makes her home at Lisle. This past winter, how¬ ever, she spent at Fort Pierce, Florida. 4

MAIN OFFICE Busy every minute each day, Mrs. Storrs and Miss Hill are right on the job in the main office as secretaries and receptionists. VICE PRINCIPAL OSMER J. BROOKS Each day Mr. Osmer Brooks, Vice-Principal keeps both eyes on school records and his Business Law class. VICE PRINCIPAL OSMER J. BROOKS Dear Seniors: Congratulations on your graduation. It has been necessary for you to work in order to deserve this diploma. Let this be the guiding principle in your life. Work hard and you will receive the gift and gratitude of all people. Use your eyes to take a long look down the past, use them to see where you can fit best into the life of your community, use them to ascertain where you can serve your fellow man, use them to recognize the sore spots in our civiliza¬ tion.
