BOARD OF EDUCATION During this past year the Board of 'Edu- cation has had to be On The Line to make such decisions as: where to put a new fifth, sixth and grade art teacher in September 1958, what shall the 1958 bud- get include, a teachers salary scale and shall WPCS hire a dental hygienist be- sides the regular problems connected with running a school this size. Miss Nettie Clark, Grade Supervisor, has gone right along the line from Kdg. to grade 6, to see that achievement tests have been administered to about 1000 children, to coordinate grade assemblies and to keep a satisfactory account of grade records.
