You are not surprised to see signs in the halls or cafeteria asking you to drop your paper herefi You don't mind being reminded to remove your hat or be less noisy. You enjoy noon dances and interesting assemblies. For three years the Student Council has done its best to promote student government. Each year it has become more effective. Somewhere in Don Quixote you will find these linesg There's not the least thing can be said or done, but people will talk and find fault. The Council couldn't possibly remedy all the faults brought to its attention, or be as nearly perfect as the student body would like to have it, but it has made a worthy attempt and succeeded not a little.
