Last Will and Testament We, the High School of 1953, being of sound mindf?l wish to leave the following will and testament. To our underclassman we leave our empty seats, our will to work, our excess knowledge, and our cultured and refined manners. To our beloved faculty we leave our happy memories, quiet study halls, and order- ly classrooms. We will remember you with deepest affection in the future. To the school board we leave our unpaid bills. To our patient janitor we leave all the mud, papers, and gum under seats and desks. Dispose of this, or the school house, as you see fit. I, Lyle Timmens, bequeath to the Primary Room my brilliance and golden toned voice. To Eddie Jones, I leave my height. To Bobby Richter, my slenderness, My desire to stay in school and study to Vic Gentry. My masculine good looks to Mark Richter. To Ella May Phillips my friendly smile. My bashfulness to Carol Timmens, and last but not least my quiet manners to Edwinia and Rosella Garcia. I, Carol Sparks, bequeath to the Junior High, my laziness and uncooperative spirit. To Delores Geist, I leave my love letters and address book. To Larry Baskins my hook shot in basketball. To Delores Higgens my love of books. To Jim Richter my juvenile j0kCS- lBe sure to pull them on another juvenile. J To Deanna Hayward, my fascinating beauty. To Richard Geist my height and speed. To Rachel Garcia, I leave my happy-go-lucky nature. To Patty Sparks my tapdancing ability and small feet. To Bobby Higgens, I leave my straight A report card. To Anita Tupper, I leave my sleek Monroe figure. Most of all, to our parents we leave our gratitude for their faith and their struggle as we prepared them for the long road of life ahead of them. Signed: 12.
