GRAB SECTIONAL TITLE! Far Left: Junior Neal Frantz turned on the talent to score 10 points in the 3rd quarter. Many people considered this to be the turning point of the game. Middle Left: Steve Sands hams-it-up during after-game activities. Far Lower Left: The excitement of the fans and the 74-50 score sum up the victory over Columbia City to become the 1979 Sectional Champs. Left: The net comes down as Darrell Hicks claims the reward he earned. Below: The cheerleaders show their spirit at the Elkhart Regional. Despite their efforts, the Wildcats lost to Argos, who went on to the state finals. Lower Left: Dave (Ralph) Anweiler finds it hard to stay seated on the bench during the final quarter of the game.
