By duplicating the original methods of construction, students saw how dif- ficult life as a pioneer could be. Almost 100% of the materials were donated by interested community members, who also gave of their time, advice, and tools. Very special recognition is given to Mr. Luke Hunt, Biology teacher, who was responsible for every aspect of the cabin and donated a great amount of time and energy.
