Creative Writing Nostalgia is... remembering hot summer days when I popped tar bubbles with my toes, my very own hot pink Whamo hula hoop, white squishy blisters from the hand-over-hand, having to wear clumpy saddle shoes before they were fashionable, and hiding my spinach under my bread so my teacher would think that I ate it. 28 Teacher master mind tick tick close your brian tick tick slowly you defuse your knowledge letting it trickle (to the eagerly awaiting years) master mind Denise Nestel Senioritis is — a dreaded disease feared by teachers who comment on these people who lose interest in classes and studies and skip out of school to be with their buddies.
