Our Town , a three act drama by Thornton Wiltler, was presented under Miss Markings direction by the senior class on Friday, November l9, l954, n the City High School auditorium. The play told the story of everyday life in which the leading character, a girl, grows up and diesi After death she comes back to earth and then realizes how precious every moment in life really is. Cailloreto The City High I,ine got off to a fine start in September under the capable direction of Mr. Kendall Finger. The first order of business was to sell subscriptions for the year at fifty cents. Individual copies were sold at ten cents apiece when the paper came out at noon on the last Friday of each month. A mixer and .1 candy sale were sponsored during the year to raise money for a banquet for those who had worltel so hard to make the year a success. The alxanced typing students typed the stencils each month and the pages were run off by the sraff members.
