This year America celebrates its Bicentennial Year. The class of 1976 is fortunate to be graudating during a year when the nation honors its past and looks to the future. You will be a part of that future. All the liberties and principles which have been ours must be preserved and expanded to all people in our nation. This is not always simple or easy to do. I hope your experiences and your years at Whitesville Central will be helpful to you and that you can make a contribution to America as she enters the third century of her existence.
