GRAVES, DELAVAL SALES I - WHITESVIlLf CENTRAL SCHOOL SOCCER PLAYOFF GAME WIHTESVILLE VS CANASERAGA TUES NOV 4 AT HORNELL 3 F M MKHM Never has such little talent gone so far! We started the season by spending one half of our time trying to put the little round ball in the big square net; without defense. Discovering no offense players, we built a strong defense that finally jelled and improved our strength considerably. After only 2 wins in seven tries, we decided not to do any- more wind sprints, which was the penalty for losing. So with desire and heart, we made it to the sectional finals- Having won important games over Scio, Campbell, Angel- ica and Canaseraga before losing to Andover. One good not for next year, most of our defense and offense will be back--if we can replace our heart, we will be Champs in 1976. 46 --Mr. Atherton Row 1: Herbie Spicer, Dickie Spicer, Tom Smith, Duane Brubaker, Tim Flewellyn, Jim Marble, Vaughn Ransom. Hypocrisies won't get us down; We will strike where these abound. There's much to do; we're needed here. To help preserve what men hold dear. We’ll work with others hand-in-hand. To try to help our fellow man. In this land our fathers made. We stand together unafraid. Give us room; let us by. The youth of America have arrived. There's nothing wrong that we can't fix; We're the Spirit of 76! Jean B. Smith 54 Congratulations from FIRST CITIZENS NATIONAL BANK, OFNFSIT t'V.'C.’v, GROWING WITH THE NATION . . .
