ESTES This snapshot of our principal, Mr. Estes, is a rare one and one that we certainly wanted to include in our permanent record because it is so typical of him as he goes about his daily work at W.H.S. So many reports, schedules, and problems of all kinds from students and faculty members demand his attention that it is difficult for those of us that know him so well, to visualize him sitting behind a desk that is not spread with work. The success of his eleven years as principal is certainly reflected in the smooth operation of our school. MR. W. W. CHILC U TT During this first year as our superintendent, Mr, W, W. Chilcutt has been swamped with so many jobs that it has been difficult to de- cide whether he is an investigator of building bonds, a contractor, an architect, or just a school superintendent with only an eight hour day. The administrative duties of determining what comes under Title I, II, III, etc., bal- ancing the budget, supervising the operation of three schools under normal conditions would be enough for one man to do, but Mr, Chil- cutt has done all of these plus the new build- ing program with the efficiency of an expert. We are most grateful for such a capable superintendent, M 111 , In 'mf Q Q Q i President - BILL Vice-President - ROBERTA ' Q L AU.
