BOARD OF EDUCATION Members of the Board of lfdueation represent all of the areas in our sehool system - Whitesboro, Yorkville, llarts llill, Marcy and Deerfield. lt is the purpose of this group to establish rules and regulations concerning the order and discipline of the sehool, to preseribe courses of study. to regu- late student admission, and to approve textbooks. 'l'he Board meets monthly and ealls special meet- ings when neeessary. 'llhese men are eoneerned always with the improyetnent of our sehool system. To the Class ol 1957: This, your year book, represents one of the high points in your thirteen years of formal schooling. lt em- bodies so many of your treasured memories and one of your saddest, as it reminds you that your sehool days at VVhiteshoro are fast eoming to a elose.
