Township commissioners appoint two faculty members to study Home Rule form of government. Home Rule, a new form of government, was put on the ballot by the board of commissioners and accepted by the people. This provided for an 11-man commission to view the government structure in Whitehall at all angles. Adviser indicates service club has successful year in spite of disappointments.
