POLITICAL SCENE - In Washington, D.C., Senator Hubert Humphrey faces presidential nomination. HAPPY FACES - Whitehall High School students are delighted with food served in the newly opened cafeteria. Previous to the opening, which was in January, the entire student body carried packed lunches to eatr Con- fusion reigned for a few days until the system of serving and returning trcys was perfected, but after a few tries everything ran smoothly. 16 Relations with Russia seemed to be off to a good start when Premier Nikita Khrushchev made his first visit to the United States, touring various sections of the country.
