Buzzbooks, book covers, car decals, dances, canned food drives for charity, and safety day have been among the Key Club ' s many projects. Through sincere interest in school and in providing the leadership of tomorrow, the Key Club has made a real con- tribution to White Station. The Scroll The SCROLL, the student newspaper published monthly since December 1953, has a staff of about Hit)- students. Their purpose is to inform and entertain the student body through the student newspaper. Last year the SCROLL won a first place rating in the national rating contest of the Columbia Scholastic Press Association. In August. 1960. thiee editors went to Chicago for a three-day press conference of the Scholastic Press Association. The SCROLL plans to send delegates to this conference even year to keep the editors informed on the latest developments in the field of journalism. To join the staff it is necessary to complete a training program held in the spring and the fall of each year.
