The Club's main money-making venture was selling popcorn at football and basketball games, and at Spring-0-Rama. The sale of cider made from these apples netted them a sizeable profit. Also in the fall, the Drill Team and F.F.A. picked pine cones in the Mowich area. The sale of Turkey Tickets and the preparing of a needy basket, filled the boys’ Christmas holidays. The annual Sweetheart Dance held on Feb. 18, was a great success.
