President. Vice-President, and Secretary-Treasurer respectively. The Seniors won the championship in volleyball, which was first on the sports agenda for the girls. Ping pong, tumbling, basketball, baseball, and occasional parties oc- cupied their time for the rest of the year and kept them very busy and entertained. The G.A.A. has had new rules and regulations added to its constitution under the helpful guidance of their faculty advisor Miss C. Agnew. The class of ’59 got ofT to a good start in their first year of high school. Elected as class officers were Cynthia Hansen. Presi- dent: Linda Makala, Vice-President; Margery Rooney. Secretary- Treasurer: Jim Caviezel. Representative to the Student Council; and Leonard Otte. Representative to the Calendar Committee. Many freshman participated in F.F.A.. G.A.A., Girls’ Club. Chorus, and Double Nonette. The Freshman Sextet displayed their talent as they sang at an exchange assembly at Peninsula and at many pep assemblies.
