The juniors were seen participating in many events throughout the year, such as displaying their mighty vim and vigor at pep assemblies, presenting the junior class play, comprising the popular Jug Band, and other numerous activities. The main event sponsored by the class was the Junior Prom. A Hawaiian theme was chosen. Chairman of the dance. Venetia Zaffee. and co-chairman Jim Woolecy had a big job along with Mr. Mellish. class advisor, in planning the gala event. With cooperation of all members of the class the Junior Prom proved to be one of the most successful dances of the year. Aside from the Prom.'' the junior class also held dance sessions at the youth building during the year. These proved to be fun and added to the class spirit.
