Two boys from our class were very outstanding in sports: Chuck Hodder and George Blanusa, both being chosen for all conference. Also, we have ten members who belong to the honor society, The main class activity of the year was the Sophomore Hop which was given in November and had as its theme Turkey in the Straw and was a great success. The committees were chosen by our president Chuck Hodder, who was assisted by our vice-president Joan Latfey, secretary Gary Chalberg, and our representative Glen Nunnally, with the advice of Mr. Davis, our class advisor. I All in all we feel justly proud of our class.

We selected as our class officers, Patsy Parr, president, Larry Renner, vice-presidentg Zelma Jameson ' lass representative to the council. Mr. Sinko was secretary, and Ina Thieman, as c our class advisor. Quite a few of our boys turned out for various sports. Those turning out for basketball were Earl Jameson, Howard Hendrickson, Allan Madden, Jim and Don French, Bob Legget, and Arnold Olson.
