PHILLIPS Frank Adviser student: council This year the student council put out a student activity ticket of the punch, instead of the usual stamp typeg the students always lost the stamps. This governing body contracted for programs to give a bit of joy to the students. For the first time the lr. Hi has been represented although they have no vote. l, as president of the Student Body, wish to thank all the students for their support in making my term of office a success.
