It’s hard to believe twelve years have passed. Remember, just the other day, You were starting school, Learning to read, write, and play, Trying hard to follow every rule, But as time went on, The elementary years were gone. As time passed by, You found yourself in Junior High. And as you make your way down the hall, Students are lined up against the walls, Talking and laughing with your friends, Not thinking that one day this would all come to an end. Now ... here we are together on prom night. But if you ask me, it doesn’t seem right. So, now that we're back from Memory Lane, We now realize that it won't be the same. So as you go and make your life, Keep one thought in mind, School may have tried your patience, But the people were kind, For without these people, Where would we be? You see, you are leaving an impression, One that is great. Good luck seniors, we wish you the best. From there, we ate lunch and drove to Chattanooga where we visited the Chattanooga Choo-Choo. 33 JUNIORS The Junior class has a sense of pride, spirit, creativity, caring, achievement and hu- mor! They are winners! They took 1st place in the homecoming judg- ing of floats and bulletin boards; Some will re- ceive academic awards at a special ceremony, some are participants in the scholar's bowl; math tournaments, ca- reer day and type-off contests. In addition, they have been busy earning money in order to pres- ent the Sr. class with the best prom ever. The Jrs. are truly a special class. CLhSS OfflCGRS Pres. Sharia Curry, V.P. Mark Gaines.
