DEDICATIO HICN looking back upon our three years in White Plains High School, we seniors will always remember Mr. John Scofield as an active part of school life. His friendliness to all students, his cheerful greetings, and his willingness to co-operate in school affairs fsuch as the Fest-i-Fairj bring him the respect and admiration of all who know him. The presence of John-as we like to call him farniliarly-at games and dances is sometimes taken for granted, perhaps because he fas head of the custodial staffj supervises-with his customary good-natured ediciency- the tasks usually following such events. Un the lighter side, ,lohn,s quick wit, sharp game of Canasta fin B-5, after schooll, and genial wave of the hand will be best remembered. ln a sense, John and the Uruz-le Tiger occupy much the same position. Both represent the spirit of YV. P. H. S.-the spirit of which faculty and students alike are very proud. ln this respect, we find no more deserving dedicatee than John Scofield. Before lUf'kfllg up, our John zL'ill1'1zg1y lends even an cur.
