YE7 W. ADMINISTRATIO There is no single agency in America more important to the present and the luture of American community life than a local Board of Education. The policies of the Board of Education have a Wide influence upon the education and Well being of the children of any American community. The duties of the Board of Education have expanded With time. School boards today are responsible for the entire educational pattern of elementary and high school instruction. The Knox-Beaver Joint Board has assumed this responsibility. It is striving to provide for the children of our community the type of education that will in- sure the maximum mental and moral development of these young citizens, the leaders of tomorrow.
