We have seen the workmen run a strong foundation, erect the stee1beams,laythe bricks, then add the other materials that make ours one of the most beautiful edifices in this area. As the men have been going about their work across the way, we, too, have been building - building something even more important and more enduring than a structure of steel and brick. We have been building our eternal lives. Maythe yearsto come prove that we have built well, that we have laid a firm foundation of intellectual achievement and added to it strength and beauty of character, so that we, like our splendid newbuilding , may be of great and lasting service to our community.
