White Deer journalists have won one or more awards each year in the contests sponsored by the Panhandle High School Press Association. This year George Davis won a plaque for his sports column, NB1ts 'Bout Bucksu. Jacqueline Simmons is vice-president of the P.H.S.P.A. for 1941-42.
