The administration has the im- mense job of turning a mass of 1400 teenagers into a tidy group of meaningful identities. The creation by a joint effort of cajoling, asking Cpolitelyl, restrain- ing, demanding, and sitting back and letting him do it himself, of a significant life is no easy job. Few who receive these benefits realize their importance in finished personalities. Many influences Robert Southey must unite to produce one whole adult individual.
