To Mr. Githens, the faculty and student body expresses its deep admiration for the capable manner in which he has super- vised the schools of the district. The citizens of Wheeling appreciate his eiiiciency, and West Virginia recog- nizes him as one of its leading educators, a brilliant scholar who has done much to make Wheeling schools nationally known.
