The boys varsity volleyball team ended their season with a 3-6 record. Experience was one of the strong points the team didn't have. Rich Pluimer, the only returning letter- man, was voted MVP by his team- mates. The most improved player was Chris Moss and keeping the team together was Brian Byers, receiving the catalyst award. The junior varsity team had an excellent season posting a 7'1 record. It was good enough to be conference champs. GIRLS VOLLEYBALL The varsity girls volleyball team ended their season with a 2-6 confer- ence record and a 6-14 overall record. Winning the last 4 of 6 games, the girls found momentum and put it together at the end of the season. Michelle Huffman was named to the all-conference team. Holly Vereb was voted MVP and Lis Cloys was given the Most Improved Player award. The junior varsity team had an outstanding season becoming confer- ence champs with a 7-1 conference record and a 12-3 overall record.
