WECOMI 25 YEARS OLD In l936, The ediTors of The W.C.H.S. yearbook, Then called Orange and Black, decided The name of The yearbook lacked originaliTy. In spiTe of iTs fine TraoliTion, The TiTle of The book was noT as individualisic as The school. Orange and black are our school colors, buT This is noT enough To seT our school aparT from oThers. The TiTle also seriously handi- capped The sTaFl in planning cover designs. WECOMI was Tlnally chosen as The name of our yearbook and has since been an individual repre- senTaTion of WheaTon Com- muniTy l-ligh School.
