U Both Snyder and Rimback excelled all preceding efforts in the pole-vault, while versatile Bayert sprinted to victories in the 100- and 220-yard dashes, soared over the high-jump bar with McNally and Bixler, and teamed up with Gibson, Lundy, and Rexilius on the half-mile relay team. Lundy and Rexilius also ran the hurdles and Gibson, along with D. Long and Ireland, participated in the shorter dashes. With Sandin and Gibson in the broad jump and 880-yard rung Sandin, Carder, Hanson, and Muntjanoff in the 440-yard dash: Helser, Alvestad, and Bjorklund in the mile rung Prinzing, Carder, and S. Long in the shot-put and disc, rounded out the Warrior spikemen who finished their season with a fourth in the Private School League meet. High light of the season was when Helser placed fifth in the mile at the District meet in Batavia. He also set new school records in the 880-yard run and the mile.
